Dr. Martin Wieser is a senior scientist at the Swedish Institute of Space Physics in Kiruna. He has broad experience in space-based particle instrumentation for energetic neutral atoms, positive and negative ions and electrons. He is principal investigator, co-investigator or sensor lead for particle instrumentation on a number of space missions to the Moon, Mercury, Jupiter or comets. Most recently, his research focused on the Moon, studying the interaction of solar wind plasma with lunar regolith.
