The PANIONS consortium held its online kick-off meeting on 23 January 2026, gathering representatives from all beneficiary institutions. The meeting marked the official start of joint activities, with discussions covering project objectives, recruitment of doctoral candidates, coordination and management, as well as dissemination, exploitation and communication plans

The PANIONS project (Physics and Applications of Negative Ions) officially kicked off on 1 January 2026. Funded under the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Networks (HORIZON-MSCA-2024-DN-01) call, PANIONS will run for 48 months, until 31 December 2029.
